UCCX7.0 Windows 2003 Activation.

To install this following is the configuration.

I have Computer (desktop) with following configurations
1. Pentium 4 2.8 GHZ Intel Core 2 Duo.
2. 3.0 GB DDR2 RAM
3. 500 GB SATA HDD with 7500 RPM
4 1 Realtek Fast Ethernet Card
5. XP SP2
6. VMware Sever 1.0.6

Perquisites software
----------------------
1. Cisco OS 2003.
2. Windows OS 2003 with valid windows key.
3. UCCX 7.0



VMWare Configuration
------------------------
UCCX7.0 VM
---------
1. 2048 MB of RAM (after installation can be reduced to 712mb. for normal functions)
2. 100 GB of HDD with files splited into 2GB files Size (helps in Memory management)
3. Ethernet Card into Brigde mode with Network Subnet as Same as the HOST machine.

Steps of Installation
----------------------
1. Install cisco os 2003.
2. After cisco os is installed, Boot the image with Windows 2003 disk. Do a setup (repair).
3. Porvide the Windows 2003 Valid key when prompted.
3. Install UCCX.

I TRIED YOUR METHOD ...AFTER INSTALLING CISCO 1.4 WIN 2003 OS ..I INSTALL VMWARE TOOL ..AFTER THAT I SHUTDOWN THE VMWARE MACHINE ..THEN MOUNT WIN 2003 INSTALLATION CD AND OTHER WIN 2003 CD FROM DIFFERENT SOURCES FOR SETUP REPAIR ,,,BUT INSTEAD OF GIVING REPAIR OPTION ..IT FORMAT MY DISK ...I HAD DONE ALMOST THRICE ..PLS HELP ME

    when you boot the OTHER W2k3(CD)source while you have cisco-w2k3-vmware-image, and then reach the point where it show the w2k3 partition.

    Here is the key important point. there will be repair option. to activate it you need to press key " R ". which will repair the disk.

  3. Could you let me know where i could find the CISCO 1.4 WIN 2003 OS and installation method for Cisco 1.4.

    I have got one OS file but it returns me no media found and aborts installation....any ideas?

  5. The Unified CM Telephony Subsystem keeps stating out of service and RMCM subsystem keeps initializing. I am also looking for CISCO 1.4 WIN 2003 OS. ANy ideas? Thanks.

    you need to start the sub system by goin under system menu > control susbsystem
