Steps
-----------
Creating ODBC System DSN (data source name) on UCCX Server.
Integrating DSN to UCCX.
Querying Database.

Creating Custom Script
Add menus
Create and Upload Custom Prompts.
Creating variables
Add "Customer Input Value" Components
Add DB Access Components.
Run Customer Query the Customer DB for values.
Use Loop
Add ARS and TTS feature. Use it respond to customer query.(automed response/Self Service Syetems).
Use Agent Queue for non Automated Systems.
